Ingredients
  

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°
  2. Prepare a 12 count muffin tin with cupcake liners
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin spice cake mix and the pumpkin puree, the batter will be thick
  4. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter
  5. Add 1/3 cup of batter into each cupcake liner
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
