Ingredients

cup
unbleached all-purpose flour
organic

tablespoons
unsweetened cocoa powder
organic

teaspoon
baking powder

tablespoon
cane sugar
oranic

teaspoon
extra fine pink himalayan salt
1/4
cup
+ 1 tablespoon milk
organic

tablespoons
avocado oil

tablespoon
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
Mix in milk and vegetable oil until combined with no clumps.
Lightly coat the inside of a large microwave-safe mug with cooking spray and pour in batter.
Add the chocolate chips to the top, they'll sink in as it cooks.
Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave, the mug will be hot, and enjoy!
Notes
Start by cooking for 1 minute and then let cool for 1 minute. If needed, cook an additional 10 seconds at a time until cake is cooked through.
