- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare Muffin Pan with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and salt until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Add milk and flour mixture, beat until combined.
- Carefully fold in cherries, blueberries and cashews.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
