I’m choosing to share my failures because I wish the recipe would have worked. I’m hoping if you have a good avocado brownie recipe, you’ll send it my way. I’d like to remember what I learned from my mistakes “if” I can figure out what I did wrong.
While I was putting all of the ingredients together, I was honestly a bit nervous. But then I tasted the batter and it was delicious, so I was hopeful. I threw these in the oven and my house started to smell really good. When it was time to pull them out and test them, the entire brownie came out with the toothpick so it clearly wasn’t “clean”. More like sticky with a side of icky. The longer I baked them, the more the edges hardened and the inside stayed sticky, they never cooked in the middle. I pulled them out to cool and threw the mini hockey pucks in the trash.
